G.I. Joe captured!
OK, technically speaking this isn't a story about G.I. Joe, but his rather less well known cousin Special Ops Cody, nevertheless, if decapitating action figure becomes a terrorist offense then Guantanamo is going to need an extensive nursery section. And I think a vast tranch of the Western world will also be wanted for similar war crimes...
